13W CFL's are ubiquitous! Everyone uses these as a default, and so many stores carry little else. That's where the internet comes to the rescue with depth of product variety.
Rather than always reaching for the 13W, I experimented with 11W first and then 9W. Still plenty of light. I have 96 hallway bulbs that burn 24/7, so these 9W fit the bill! More than enough illumination.

I put these bulbs into all of my multi bulbed fixtures... entry way, dining room, ceiling fans etc. The light provided is pleasant and functional. There is a slight delay in the startup but as long as you are aware of it, or install an instant-on bulb in one of the sockets, it's not an issue. I've had them in place for several months now with no issues. I shopped around a bit and the price I paid here was quite a bit less than other locations.
