I am not sure how good this product is because I could not use it for my project. I need something that will be ok indoor and outdoor AND needs to be along the ground.

I love the potential for the rope lights using the ancillary products offered. This power cord with the roll switch allows for easy on/off of the decorative rope lights in my son's room! While the outlet is not easily accessible, this power cord made all the difference. It was easy to attach to the end of the rope light, and was working with in minutes!
