Rated 3 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bulb for the money I use these in my garage, and they've worked for over a year now. My only complaint is that they take a little longer than usual to warm up during cold weather. The low price more than makes up for it, in my opinion. April 13, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Expensive for Useful Life I first purchased these bulbs a little over two years ago. The are only warranted for 15 months, even though the specs say two years (which is also on the box). At 10,000 hours, the box says they can last up to NINE (9) years based on three hours a day. We use them primarily during the winter months because of the short days, and definitely fall within the three-hours-per-day usage criteria. We started replacing them at just around two years. So far, we have had to replace three (out of six). They are also inconvenient, because of the lengthy "warm-up" required to reach operating level. So unless you're willing to wait for light, we would not recommend them. Once they do reach operating level, the "daylight" provides a great kitchen preparation environment. We do not feel they perform anywhere near "as advertised". April 9, 2012
