Dimmable compact fluorescent bulbs work best with standard slide, rotary, and toggle dimmers and may malfunction when used with older dimmers. For proper operation, any dimmable CFL should be allowed to come to full brightness before dimming. No dimmable CFL on the market today will dim lower than 10% of its full brightness. Please contact our knowledgeable sales staff with any questions or concerns or to help select the best dimmable CFL for your new or preexisting lighting system. This bulb will not work with digital dimmers.

Rated 2 out of 5 by yehudal Durability is poor and the bulbs don't dim well.
Upon delivery, two of the six bulbs that I ordered were defective and were replaced. Now, three months later, one of them burned out (with little use). In addition, though these bulbs do dim, they will only go down to about 50% (my estimate) before flickering.
