We have a kitchen chandelier that uses ten (!) of these bulbs so needless to say, it gets quite warm and not many bulbs last their 2000 hour rating. I decided to try the 130 volt bulbs with a slightly thicker filament to see if they'd last longer. The light is not quite as bright but with 10 bulbs, that's sort of a plus. I don't really see a yellow color to the white light, it just seems slightly warmer. So far none of the 130s have burned out either and its likely at least one of the 120s would be dead by now. So I am very happy and will purchase the 130s again for this fixture.
