Unable to find a replacement bulb for a desk lamp in local retail stores, I placed an order for what I thought was the right bulb - judging by photo, wattage, etc. The product arrived in quick time, but, unfortunately the pins were placed too close together to fit the lamp. No information regarding that variable and no phone number to call to ask after how to determine such features of individual products represents a definite weakness of service. Were the bulb the correct size I would have been very pleased.

These are great bulbs for the price. They are tiny and efficient. The only downside is they require a transformer if you are 110 and at times tend to burn out quickly.
