The Hikari JCD 6906 T4 single ended halogen lamp operates at a voltage of 130 and has an initial lumen output of 400. Rated at an average life of 2,000 hours, this clear 35 watt bulb has a G8 base, pins spaced 8 mm apart, and is perfect for use in desk lamps, pendant lights, puck lights, and under-counter lights. It does not require a transformer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Endurance Great bulb, but 2/10 failed within two weeks
These bulbs have all the flaws that you'd expect from halogen incandescents. They use a lot of power and run hotter than blazes. One of these days, I will find good LED bulbs to replace these. But until that day comes, these are cheap and have an excellent warm to pure white light.
The only thing that keeps me from giving a higher rating is that two of ten bulbs died within two weeks of delivery. I could see a bulb manufacturer having a bad bulb here and there, but 20% failure rate gives me pause.

Been using these bulbs for years, went with 1000bulbs several months ago and they last longer and a whole lot less expensive.

could not find this product locally. Simular item were priced 3x as much as this. shipping cost only drawback

Bright, functional, easy to install. Seems to last less than average time before burning out though.

Product is not very reliable. Burns out relatively quickly. BUT at a price about 1/3 of that of the "big boys", it is still a great value. Recommended..
