I purchased these lightbulbs for our office "spot lighting" above our desk areas. Don't know what brand we had previously but it seemed like every couple of weeks I was replacing a bulb. These bulbs last. They will be the brand I purchase in the future.....a way out in the future.

I bought this bulb because the comparable cheap ones only lasted a short time. Haven't had it in use long enough to know if it is any better. Hopefully it will last longer

It always seemed like I was replacing these lamps in my kitchen, so I decided to keep track of the installation date and est time the lights were on (a generous 9 hours a day). By my estimate, they lasted about 1,700 hours; less than half of what was stated. The 10 pack that was purchased and installed back in Dec of 2011 has all burnt out ,and been replaced. I guess it is what it is.
On the plus side, the light was great when they were on.

The lights work great, same output as the previous lights we've purchased from you; however, the housing gives off a pink glow onto the ceiling. We only noticed because we have some older lights and some newer ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 Hikari brand is lasts longer than other brands
My purchase of the MR16 Halogen Light Bulbs was rewarding. Not only was the price for these bulbs better than most, but they last langer than the others I have had previously. In fact, two other brands we placed in the same fixture burnt out faster than the Hikari. Still today the Hikari' have not burned out

These MR16 bulbs have lasted very well and cast a good color of light.
I shopped the net and there were cheaper prices on the same style of bulb but I was more concerned about getting a quality bulb that didn't have defects or early burn out issues.
