I am an electrical engineer & I needed a uv lightbox to expose light sensitive printed circuit boards. I could have bought a commercially available box, but being an engineer that would be tantamount to cheating. I gutted an obsolete flatbed scanner & mounted 5 of these bulbs inside. They are absolutely perfect for my needs. They perform flawlessly, and carry a price that cannot be beat. If you have any need of a low wattage UV light source, I recommend these very highly.

These bulbs were exactly what we needed as replacements for the original bulbs. They are long lasting and work as expected.
