Rated 1 out of 5 by Misleading Specification In the specifications for this housing, the following is stated: • Ceiling adjustment bracket with internal lamp position compensation • 2/12 - 6/12 ceiling pitch capability While it is indeed true that there is internal lamp position compensation, the adjustment is too simplistic. When it is adjusted so that the bulb is aimed vertically, the bulb will no longer be centered. It can be quite far to one side. Also, the housing is built for a 22.5 degree pitch so the ceiling pitch must be within a degree of this or the bulb in the housing looks terrible. This housing can, however, be a reasonable choice if you have limited space to install it, as we did. It has the smallest depth of any product we could find. You can achieve the necessary angular compensation using eye-ball trim, which allows one to remove and discard the internal bracket. This is what we did and we are happy with the results. However, we went through some stressful times before we figured out that the spec sheet was very misleading. January 21, 2013
