Bulbs work great. One thing we noticed is that these bulbs are brighter than the ones that we replaced which for us is great because they are in the kitchen area. One of the main reasons we were drawn to these is the average lifetime of the bulbs in higher than others we looked at purchasing. Going well so far...

I bought a Philips HF3480 off of eBay. After one month, the "non-user-replaceable" bulb burned out. Philips wanted me to call tech support and then ship the lamp to them (and wait a month). I think not. I repair computers and flip video cameras. There is no way that changing a light bulb is over my head. I Googled for the bulb and hints about opening the unit. The page I found directed me to your website and the bulb needed. I ordered 2 bulbs. They arrived quickly. Once I figured out how to open the lamp and swap the bulb, it worked perfectly.
