After a long search for the appropriate dimmable bulb to light my kitchen, I chose this one. The room has 9 of these in 6" can fixtures, running on two 3-way dimmers.
They get heavy use, and are positioned below a busy second floor, yet seem to last a long time.
This bulb is very dimmable from nearly zero to full brightness, with no noise.
For the price, they can't be beat - I strongly recommend them.

Since it is rated at 130V, it isn't the brightest bulb in the lot but it has worked well so far. We will see how long it lasts but it appears a good value.

I bought these because they are long lasting, dimmable lights. I still prefer incandescent to florescent bulbs. I am hoping these will last a long time as advertised. The price is definitely right and I am a long time customer of this site.

These bulbs are 5 1/8 vs. standard 5 3/8. They will work in some fixtures, but as I found out not all.

I was replacing my old outside floods every couple of months. Since I found these lights (at a lesser price then the old ones) I replace them far less frequently.
