Out of the box these seemed to work great. Then after leaving them on for the first time, one of the tubes would stop working. If you unplug then reconnect, it would work again, but then stop again after a few minutes. These are not cheap and I expected better quality then only 80% functionality. Contacted customer service - they couldn't exchange it for me (as I only wanted to replace the one tube and not take down the whole set from my Holiday display) - So they contacted the manufacturer. Manufacturer sent me a replacement tube and a return shipping label to send back the defective one. So far so good. Everything works now. Lets hope it stays that way. Many positive comments from neighbors driving by about how unique these lights look.
