Rated 5 out of 5 by Shining product Great price on a well know brand name. Expect it to perform over time as advertised. Great service and shipment. April 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product satisfies the need I Purchased this product as a way to address high energy bills with my extensive landscape lighting. These bulbs provide perfectly balanced bright warm light and have lasted beyond their low voltage incandescent counterparts. Already after a few months in use I can begin to see a reduction in electrical costs. Though initially an expensive investment, I feel it will pay for itself within the next few months. Rated 5 out of 5 by Tested a lot of LED MR16 replacements, this is the one Internal lighting can make or break the mood of a room. This Toshiba is worth the price, the color is so close to halogen that you can't tell the difference. I've tried cheaper alternates and the color is off, makes the room green or blue, or even creepy. This bulb worked equally with low cost Ikea track transformers, individual can transformers and remote transformers for track lighting. The dimming also was better then the alternatives, no flickering or big jumps. They work well in small rooms as well as large rooms. After 6 months of buying samples and testing, we retrofitted the entire house and moved all the other test samples to outdoor lighting where color doesn't matter. February 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a good replacement for the halogen bulbs. A little pricey but if you consider 15 year life, they are a ROI (return on investment) value. March 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by well worth the investment Brought one of these blubs to replace an in floor mr16 as a test worked with no problems on the exsiting transformer the heat created from these blubs in a closed light fixture is close to nothing and these blubs are run 24 7 where as the regular mr16 were burning out the wires as and heating the fixture to almost 200 degrees coupled with the 90% electricity saving and the reduce of heat created and hopfully not needing to replace a blub for hopfully 3 years the cost of the blub is well worth the investment we will be replacing all of our mr16 blubs with these October 20, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Replaced 60W Sylvania MR-16 This light is plenty bright even though it is compared to the 20w halogen light. The 2700K is a bit whiter then the Sylvania but is not the blue color that some LED's have. The base is a bit larger then the Sylvania so it can be difficult to get the pins to hold tight. The opening for the pins on my fixture is oval and smaller then rectangle on the bulb so it does not fit flush. I could not get one to stick, will see if others hold. August 29, 2011
