These lights will do ok for outlining some windows this Christmas replacing the mini lights I would normally use. I just got tired of having to replace individual bulbs all the time and all the other LED strings I have around the house have yet to burn out a single bulb. A no brainer on that one, but these bulbs just aren't as bright as I had hoped. And you should note that these are only half wave which you will notice some slight flicker only up close. The farther away you get the less noticeable this becomes. Price LED light strings and you'll see right away that you're going to spend some money, so the price on these is it's "bright" spot. Yes, I would recommend these.
