Though expensive to purchase this and other LED lights are so much better per watt than CFLs in color and brightness. Also there is no mercury vapor to be concerned with if they break. I'm using these in my business and there is already a good savings in my electric bill. Eventually I will replace all lighting with LEDs at home and in my business. As a side note, I'm using the higher kelvin rated LEDs for product photography instead of the high wattage, high heat photo flood lights.
