Time will tell about reliability, but I'm quite happy with these bulbs at this point. After trying quite a number of LED MR-16's, I'm pleased with several aspects of these: They are relatively lightweight, they have a great color temperature at 2700k (very similar to halogen in my application), a nice dispersed illumination across the bulb surface (as opposed to a single spot source in the middle or a triangle like some) and something else that very few others have: some reflection backwards. The backwards reflection is important in fixtures where the bulb shade (often glass) is translucent, and designed to be illuminated from within, as it is with standard halogen MR-16 bulbs. The plastic cover over the top of the bulb transmits most light, but reflects a little backwards through the heat sink fins, illuminating the inside of the shade. It's not quite as rich illumination as a halogen MR-16, but much better than most LED ones. The only drawback is the cost, which makes it prohibitive for me to replace all my halogen MR-16's at once (in many rental units), but that's true with most LED bulbs at this point.

I use them at my restaurant and have had no problems.
