I changed the incandescent bulbs in my kitchen and hallway to these bulbs, and have been very pleased with them. They are a nice "temperature"...natural color. They come on instantly (there is the traditional short "warm up" period to full brightness...but they do provide enough instant light to be perfectly effective immediately). But suddenly this week, two of them burned out.
So I came back to 1000bulbs to order more. Upon checking my previous order, I discovered that the ones that had burned out had been in constant use for over THREE YEARS!!! I can't believe it! I didn't realize so much time had passed. What incredible value for the money! I highly recommend these bulbs.

We have 10 recessed cannisters in our kitchen and replacing the bulbs has been a continual process for us. I am looking forward to a year or more without seeing my husband dragging in the ladder from the garage! These lights are bright with an incandescent glow to them that I like. Two months and counting. So far so good.
