I have the same experience as another reviewer for the similar 14w 2400k bulb: Even my wife is ok with the soft white, more yellowish color! These 2400k color LED's are more equivalent to incandescents than the 2700k or higher bulbs, which are too harshly white, even though they claim soft white. These 11w bulbs dim nicely on my electronic dimmers without problems, though you do lose yellow softness at lower settings. Color is fine around 40% and higher. My only problem with these bulbs is that the neck area is much too fat to fit in most of my medium R30 flood fixtures. The narrow base part needs to be longer by about 1/2 or 3/4 inch. With narrower necked bulbs I could buy like 40 instead of just 5. I'll have to live with mostly incandescents for awhile longer until they make 2400k, properly shape/sized R30's.
