These lights are beautiful and add so much. I bought them as decor for a Halloween party I am throwing and they look amazing; they make the chandelier look real and spooky. Great buy!

I normally don't write reviews on anything, but felt compelled to do so after noticing a couple of poor reviews which commented upon the low light output. These bulbs are stunningly gorgeous. They are not intended to give out bright light like a modern day bulb, but rather, to fit the look of an era, and that they do that perfectly. They give off a dim gold/orange color. The glass itself has an iridescent look with tiny shades of pink, blue and green. These are definitely the nicest looking bulb I've ever seen. We've been using 14 of them for the past year on the fixture over our dining table and they've all held up. Don't expect them to give off a bright light.

Looks more like a Halloween light. I put 6 of these 20watt bulbs on my chandelier, the light was so low, my previous 10watt regular bulbs looked twice as bright. Also, light was a reddish-orange.

these bulbs are very pretty but they don't put out enough light. not anywhere close to what a regular 20W bulb does. it's a problem for me.
