The bulbs work as advertised, and worked perfectly with adapters for a medium to candelabra base. The light output is bright white and feels more like fluorescent-white than other larger base fluorescent bulbs I have purchased, which mimic'ed cooler incandescent light output more effectively. Overall good bulb and serves a good purpose for a home office fan light kit. I do not use these bulbs in bedrooms or other rooms currently because of the brightness.
