This item is a good value for the price paid. I compared it to other online retailers as well as brick and mortar retailers where the original was purchased, and 1000bulbs.com was the winner hands down. Great product great price, what more can you say!

After searching local stores for this bulb & not having any luck, I came across this site. I found the bulbs needed for the lights over my indoor pool in a matter of minutes. I read some reviews of other customers & decided to take a chance. I wasn't disappointed at all! My bulbs arrived in just a few days, well packed & was exactly what I had to have. I have ordered other bulbs & will continue to use 1000 Bulbs for all my lighting needs! Thanks for a great company with reasonable prices & great delivery!

I have obtained much better life and sustained lumen output with the Phillips MH175/U/M lamps. Some bargain lamps from others, generally produced by "unknown" companies in India have had a much higher failure rate, in many cases lasting only a few months, where the Phillips lamps typically burn for a year or more.
