Rated 5 out of 5 by These Halogen bulbs are some of the best we have used. We buy a lot of bulbs, these halogen bulbs are as durable and long lasting as any we have ever used. The price is right and we will continue to buy them. Thanks June 6, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Dim and yellow I have always used the Philips version of this bulb, which gave off brilliant white light and was beautiful. But Philips changed their bulb from 120V to 130V, which meant that it was now dim and yellow, so I have been searching for a replacement. I tried this Plusrite bulb, in part based on the other reviews. I had high hopes for it, but it was at least as dim and yellow as the new Philips. This is a poor quality bulb, and there is absolutely no way it gives off the rated 2400 lumens. If you just want a cheap bulb, and don't care about how dim it is or how yellow the light is, then I suppose this could work for you. But of the quality of light is important, keep looking. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product and price Purchased several of these for replacement and spares. These bulbs are 100% compatible and 1/3 the cost of the "name brand" replacements. June 8, 2011
