I had never been able to find this particular bulb in any of the home improvement stores; even since then I have found several more obscure bulbs for around the house. It works great and the price was excellent; a great way to shop for bulbs!

These bulbs put out a warm natural light that is very pleasing. At this wattage one has the option to have as much light as is required. I utilize these bulbs in my torchere lamps. All are on dimmers so they are rarely set on full 100%, thus saving energy and also prolonging the life of the light bulbs. However, it is always nice to have the option to have full power light when necessary.

I'm used to paying lots more for these bulbs, then stressing over how many extra to hold in reserve. At these prices, I don't have to risk running out of bulbs.
