There aren't too many 120-volt MR-16's out there. And most of them cost a bomb. These are almost as good as the best 12-volt lamps, and you can't beat the price.
Only misgiving is this: there is a definite DOUBLE hot-spot in their beam pattern. This isn't noticeable, usually, as they're usually used for flood lighting from a distance. But close up, and on certain surfaces, they will need a "diffusing" filter of some kind (easy to get at supply houses).
Just did a house where the client demanded MR-16's, but had a ceiling full of 4" standard-voltage cans. If not for these, I would have had to rip out all the old cans (and most of the ceiling) to put in Low Voltage cans.

Glad I found this website. This bulb is hard to come by in 120V so I bought a case. I have these bulbs mounted in light fixtures in my patio steps and I've replaced one of my old burned out bulbs with one of these new ones. So far so good. I hope for long bulb life.

I've only installed a couple of these so far, and so far they work great. They were packaged and shipped with care... no breakages. If I find that they end up burning out quickly or something, I will update this review later. But for now, I'm a happy camper!
