Cage is great, however, it does not fit on brass bulb sockets. The opening of the fitting is too large and does not clamp anywhere on the socket. Cannot use. Would recommend product for any other use or porcelain sockets.

I make hand made lamps. I often use the Lamp Cage on my hanging lamps due to its unique style and appearance. I find that contractors really like the look and order them in pairs and often multiple pairs to hang over kitchen counters and islands. They look real nice with the reproduction light bulbs, also.
